1 Do Regular Meditation
To Understand Your Mind Meditation is the most important thing. With meditation we can control the thoughts, which distract from our goals.
As a beginner,
Sit for Meditation only one minute in a day. After a week Increase the time by 2, if it is goes well then from 3rd week start meditation for a 10 minutes in a day, increase your meditation time day by day to get better results..

Commit your self to, do meditation Every morning you wake-up, don't be lazy.

When You Can Perform?
Every morning starting with gentle Exersice is good. You can Perform Bhramari Pranayama for 15-20 minutes Every morning, in long term you will see it's Benefits.
How To Do?
Find Some Place/Room where you can sit.
Make your eyes close, for first 2-4 minutes just sit and concentrate on your Breathing, feel your surroundings.
Put Your Index Finger Between Cartilage and Cheek and Ear.
Now gently Inhale, while to exhale smoothly press Cartilage and make a "Hmmmmmm" sound like a Bee.(make a high pitched sound for good results)
Continue this process for couples of time to get Results, and don't be lazy to Perform Regularly.
2 Padmasana (Lotus Pose)
When You can Perform?
Whenever you get free time in whole 24hrs go for it. For make your day tension and stress free you can do this every morning.
How to Do?
Sit on the floor, with your spine erect bent your kness
Slowly bend your right knee and with the help of hand put in on your left thigh, to similar for left Leg.
Now both legs are crossed, put your hands on the knees.
Close your eyes, slowly breathing and notice Inhaling and Exhaling process.
Do it as per your time, but you have to Perform it on a regular basis.
