First I want to say is that there are too many ways to perform Pranayama like Kapalbhathi, Kumbhaka, Nadi Shodhana and Ujjayi.

1. Kapalbhathi Pranayama
Kadalbhati is a special part of pranayama-yoga. For concentrate and mental power Kapalabhati is the most useful Pranayama.

How to Perform.

In order to start the kapalbhati pranayama,
First sit in a comfortable position then Put your hands on your Knees.
Now Inhale Breath with normal Breathing speed
And  taken out at high speed. This whole process should be in a rhythm.
This is one set of Kapalabhati, repeat this whole process for five to seven minutes as per your experience level


2 Kumbhaka Pranayama

By performing Kumbhaka we can get Better oxygenation – improves health and concentration. It is the pause between Inhale and exhale.

How to Perform

Start with normal Breathing it will helps you to getting ready for the Pranayama..
Ok now start with deep breathing with count of five in your mind, after your lungs are full with the air , close nose with thumb and ring finger hold the breath to the count of five..
Now free your hand, lift your head and exhale normally.it is one set of Kumbhaka.
Do it for 10 to 15 minutes for better results.

3 Nadi Shodhana Pranayama
In simple words it can describe as a Alternate nostril breathing process.In Sanskrit language Nadi means "Flow" and Shodhana means "Purification"

How to Perform

Sit normal or in comfortable position, concerntrate on breathing for some minutes. Then use your right hand index finger and middle finger, place in the eyebrow centre and then close the right nostril with the thumb. Breathe from left nostril and exhale it from the right nostril.
This is one set of Nadi Shodhana Pranayama.
Do it for 10 to 15 minutes and then change your hand and repeat the process.

4 Ujjayi Pranayama

Ujjayi is known for "victorious breath"
It is help to increase the amount of Oxygen in the blood.
It relieves tension and stress.

How to Perform
Find a seat which is good for performing a Pranayama.
Ok then now Inhale from nose , now you have to exhale from your mouth like trying to fogg on a mirror (or with the sound like "haah")
Concentrate on back of your throat and listen for long "Haah" sound.

Now keep repeating the process as your requirement.

Inhale through nose and exhale through mouth..

5. Anulom Vilom Pranayama

Anulom Vilom is excellent for Asthma. It Increase the oxygen level in our body.

How to Perform

 First sit in Sukhasana (for good results try to sit in Padmasana)
Now if you starting with your left nostril to inhale, close the right nostril with your thumb till your lungs are fill with the air.
Then exhale with your right nostril and repeat this for 15 minutes.
While performing concentrate on your breathing, keep your body feel relaxing.
