1 Standing Forward Fold
Now bent from your waist by Exhaling, Downwards, and try to touch the ground with your Hands.
Try to connect your head to your feet.

2. Warrior One
Stand straight by spreading legs over 3 to 4 feet.
Rotate the right foot 90 ° and the left foot to 15 °.

Bend the right knee with Exhaling
Rotate the head and look at your right.

3. Chair Pose
Hands towards the ground while spreading hands towards the front. Gently move the pelvis down as you knock the knees, as if you are sitting on a imaginary chair.
Stay in the same situation. Now make a pose like you typing on a laptop.
Sit upright while pulling the spinal cord with the awareness, relax.
Now sitting down but keep in mind that your knees do not move beyond your fingers.
Slowly go down and then sit in Sukhasana.
Get Back Normal.
4 Boat Pose
Keep your spine straight and keep both of your hands straight on the ground.
Now keep your legs straight and raise them upright.
Keep both of your hands straight on your front and keep your Backbone straight.
In this situation only your hips will remain on the ground and the whole body will climb up.
Have a balance on your hips
In this situation, the angle of 45 degrees will be on the waist between your feet and the body's upper part.
Hold at least 10 to 20 seconds in Boat Pose, then increase this time with practice.
And get back to first position.
5 Butterfly Pose
Turn the knees and bring both legs towards the pelvis.
Try to bring the heel as close to the genitals as possible.
Take long, deep breaths and exhale, .
Like the butterflies' wings, start shaking both feet upwards. Slowly increase the speed.

Raise your hand while Inhaling
